What makes the sailing vessel very suitable for cruising are the two “cockpits”. The VIP cockpit has a spacious covered seating area, ideal for the briefing or aperitif. You can follow on the chartplotter or assess performance on the instrument panel.
We call the second cockpit the “crew” cockpit, for those who want to actively help out. There you work on operating sheets, halyards and backstays for which there are no less than six winches available. Fortunately, the heaviest ones are electric.
Occasionally you may help on the foredeck, where there are four winches (one electric) to hoist the sails!
Finally, there is the double helm station, with ample seating and clear instruments and, of course, a chartplotter as well.
Well hidden in a port crate, the crew even have an icebox with drinks for the road!
Time to take a look at the interior!
The interior is mahogany-clad, dark wood floor and fresh cream upholstery in the saloon.
All crafted with the same attention to detail and perfection as the beautiful teak deck.
Port side you will find the “galley“, the functional kitchen. A large refrigerator with freezer compartment and a second refrigerated storage together enough to stack provisions for long voyages. With the four-burner cooker, large oven, microwave and full cooking equipment, you can prepare a gourmet menu.
On the starboard side, there is the chart or navigation table, with all instruments (Raymarine) and another chartplotter. This is where the communication (VHF, Navtex edm.) and navigation equipment (AIS, Radar, GPS…) are housed as well as the control boards for electricity and peripherals.
Forward, there are two cabins, spacious 2-person bedrooms with private bathroom, toilet and shared shower stall.
At the back, we again have two 2-person cabins, also with private bathroom and toilet. Although you can shower in each bathroom (same as in the front), there is a separate shower cabin here.
In the corridor to the rooms, there is the fifth cabin! Two bunk beds, for example, for the crew!
The entire interior has a dual heating system, hot air and radiators. Everywhere 230V sockets with USB charging port.
