TERMS ANS CONDITIONS

In case of wind force 7 Beaufort or more (kustweerbericht.be), a new date can be fixed by mutual agreement.
Other dates depend on the availability of the yacht.

If the yacht is unavailable due to recent damage, the booking will be cancelled.
In this case, sums already paid will be refunded in full.

These cancellations do not give right to any other compensation.

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the sums already paid will not be returned and the balances must be settled before the entry is posted.

Naveco-consulting bv accepts no liability for damages of any kind before, during or after activities and sailing trips.  Naveco-consulting bv cannot be held liable for loss, damage to goods and belongings of participants, theft (money included). In general, Naveco-consulting bv cannot be held liable for unforeseen events, such as weather conditions, accidents, unforeseen technical defects, etc. This enumeration is not exhaustive.  Eventual additional costs for transport and accommodation as a result of such events shall remain the responsibility of the participant.  The same applies to any case of force majeure.  Insofar as third-party services are used, the relevant general terms and conditions shall apply.
